Default CoF with Ranger and henchies?

Hi all! I thought I saw a thread a while back about doing CoF with any profession and henchies, rather than just the standard 600/smite build. I can't find it though.

So I'm hoping some of you smart people can help. I have all skills for all 3 campaigns unlocked and am a proficient 600/smite duo CoF runner. So any suggestions for a 2 or 3 man build for my Ranger? I tried using a hero smiter with Spell Breaker and setting my ranger with PS/SB and the like but it didn't work well. Perhaps the 'starter' ranger armor is too high (min 25 armor, AFAIK)?

Thanks!

If you're looking for a runner build, I dunno sorry... but if you're looking for a build that can successfully clear it, I would probably recomend a BHA ranger for Murakai, and probably sabway can clear the dungeon. Probably bring the 2 monk heroes, earth ele and either the mesmer or interupt henchies as well.

I'm not really looking for a 'runner' build, but don't want to take a full party either.

I thought I remember a thread a few weeks back about 'any profession' clearing CoF........

Thanks! That's the thread I was looking for.

I tried the run with my Ranger and it works pretty well. Definitely a bit slower than with a Monk, but doable.
